How Nashville is embracing another round of World Cup mania

World Cup mania remains at a fever pitch, and Nashville is not immune.

The latest: Several events are planned Wednesday as Team USA enters the knockout round.

🎉 Nashville SC is hosting a watch party Wednesday night outside of Geodis Park in Publix Plaza. The event begins at 5pm and also includes food, live music and a friendship bracelet station.

🌡️ If you'd rather stay inside, Plaza Mariachi is beginning its watch party at 6:30pm. They promise "one of the best World Cup watch party atmospheres in Nashville," with food and drink specials.

Plaza Mariachi is also hosting watch parties for other matches in the lineup.

🍺 Beyond the Edge in East Nashville is serving Michelob Ultra in commemorative Team USA cups you can take home — while supplies last.

🍻 Other restaurants bars will also have the match on, including TailGate Brewery locations, M.L. Rose locations and The Pub in The Gulch.
